Applications for Step 1 and Step 2 are now closed. You will receive a confirmation by email if you have or have not been selected to participate in the course.
The Step 1 event will be open for 48 participants, divided over two groups of 24 participants. Each group of 24 participants will follow a 1.5 day programme. Once you have been selected, you will be informed to which group you have been allocated.
After the registration is closed, a selection will be made based on a first come, first serve basis, taking into account the following criteria:
- You must be an EAU member
- You must submit a proof of status, which confirms you are a third year resident
- You must be available for the entire programme
- One night hotel accommodation, including breakfast
- Lunch, dinner and coffee breaks
You will need to arrange and cover your own travel and transfer costs.
The entire ART in Flexible programme is divided into three steps.
Step 1, the introduction to ESTs1, will take place between 28 – 3o June 2022 in Berlin, Germany. Registration for this course is available to 48 third year residents, based on application date.
Step 2, the introduction to ESTs2, will take place between 7-8 December 2022 in Berlin, Germany. Registration for this course is available to 16 residents based on performance in Step 1.
Step 3 will be available for the top 4 participants of Step 2, and will therefore be on invite only. This event will take place in February 2023 in Cacares, Spain.
After the application has closed, you will receive a definite confirmation by email if you have or have not been selected to participate in the meeting.
Cancellations should be sent in writing to ESU Office.
Attendance is compulsory for the full duration of the meeting. Please keep in mind that cancellations should be notified to the ESU Office by e-mail. If you do not attend the meeting or do not complete the full course, we will ask you to pay a fee of €375.
