Dear colleagues, The Advanced Resident Training (ART) in Flexible is a novel educational concept that aims to deepen your knowledge and boost your skills to pursue the passion for this amazing field. The format combines complementary Hands-on Training sessions and lessons that will provide clear and understandable take-home messages. The tutors will not only help identify and correct the pitfalls but also select the most enthusiastic participants to advance to the subsequent steps of the programme, using an algorithm to assess performance improvement.
